First of all, I agree with the author of this article 100% when he says that the situation at hand is a sex crime involving theft of personal property and exploitation of the female body. People, male or female, are allowed to have whatever it is that they want on their own personal phone. I also agree with the author when he says that this is not a "scandal", and the fact that the victims of this crime did nothing illegal by having the pictures on their own personal phones. All it really is, is the theft of somebody's personal property. All in all, the author is right about everything that he had said in the article and this should in no way shape or form be a "scandal", it is a theft crime in which the victims happen to be celebrities.
